NJ Fit Mom celebrated one year of Boot Camp for Moms this summer. What began with 8 moms and 1 location has grown to 100 moms and 4 locations. Jessica Griffin, trainer and owner expanded to Rock Spring Park in May when she realized moms were commuting from Long Valley area to her Boot Camp in Fredon. It's been a hit with local moms due to the fun and challenging workout as well as on site child care at the park. NJ Fit Mom thanks all the hard working, enthusiastic women who have made it a success in Long Valley. See you in September!
