Raymond Milhime died from battling cancer at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 3 at the age of 88.
Milhime, one of the founders of the American Veterans Association of Washington Township (AVAWT) Post 1776, was also its Commander.
Milhime is a decorated World War II veteran who served in the Navy, receiving the Purple Heart for his efforts during the battle.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, any donations please be made in memory of Raymond Millhime to: American Veterans Assoc., Post 1776, P.O. Box 121, Schooleys Mt., N.J. 07870. Donations will be used toward the group's "Living History" speakers' group.

Friday, July 6: Ashton Funeral Home, 1337 Northhampton Ave., Easton, PA., 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (Viewing)
Saturday, July 7: New Creation Church, 3730 Nicholas St., Easton, PA. 10:30 a.m. (Memorial Service)
Monday, July 9: Dushore, Pa., Noon, Burial.
