A medevac was required for one of the three injured in the crash.
One person was flown to Morristown Memorial Hospital after a two car crash in Chester that closed Route 206 on Sunday, according to the Chester First Aid Squad.
Capt. David Fretwell of the first aid squad said that the crash appeared to be a head-on collision and that both cars sustained heavy damage. As of 3 p.m. on Sunday, the Chester Police Department reported that 206 near Cooper Lane was still closed.
The driver and a passenger of one car were transported by ambulance to Morristown Memorial Hospital, and the driver of the second car required a helicopter medevac, said Fretwell.
