Thank you to all who organized, staffed, set-up/cleaned-up the wonderful community fireworks show and fair last evening. I was impressed by the efficient traffic shepherding when the event ended; the cars and pedestrians exited very smoothly and in a timely manner that guaranteed no hissy fits from annoyed drivers.
We had a great time and enjoyed reconnecting with friends in the township community.
The live bands were also great choices and the variety of vendors who sold refreshments was good. I especially enjoyed food sold by the caterers from Trenton; their delicious pulled pork, rice and cornbread was a tasty and varied choice! Please try to get them to return next year!
So well done for another successful festival and here's to next year!

Sue, you are right. There was a very festive mood and everything seemed well organized and ran smoothly which is a sure sign that a lot of preparation was done. A beautiful and comfortable evening to sit out and enjoy the fireworks. What a change from last year when everything was cancelled--twice!
