Maybe you could have used the headline about the "houses selling like hotcakes in Long Valley" to counterbalance ALL those weeks when the Patch stated that no homes had sold here first in the headlines. There seems to be some bias as to which town(s) you promote.

Hey Gigi - Thanks for the comment.

Just so we're clear, there's no bias or promotion in our weekly Sold! column. It just so happens that our real estate transfer information (provided by a third party) was sometimes incorrect - and we've since made the proper adjustments. That being said, there WERE weeks no homes were sold in Long Valley, and we reported it as such.

Patch, as a whole, is objective and does not lean one way or another politically, economically or otherwise. We have no stake in 'promoting' any one town over another. We provide the real estate transfers so you, the reader, know what's going on around you and in neighboring communities.

Again, thanks for your comment, GiGi, and I hope this clears things up.

Long Valley houses are selling like very low-prices hot cakes. Of the 9 houses sold, only 3 of them broke $400K.
