Patch looked around the region for events and activities for adults and kids alike, and found plenty to choose from. As usual, here's our weekly round-up of goings on in the region.

Wonders of Korea
Where/When: From 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Washington Township Free Public Library in Long Valley.
Why Go: The Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Program will present two films about Korean history, followed by a traditional Korean wedding ceremony and a traditional meal.
Pricing: Free.

Craig Bickhardt and Ronstadt Generations Live
Where/When: From 8 to 11 p.m. on Saturday at The Studio of Long Valley.
Why Go: To see legendary songwriter Craig Bickhardt and Ronstadt Generations perform a night of music, stories and more.
Pricing: $18 in advance, $20 at the door.

Smooth Sounds at the Famished Frog
Where/When: From 9 to midnight on Friday and Saturday at The Famished Frog in Morristown.
Why Go: Because you want to enjoy a night of music this weekend.
Pricing: No cover.

Saturday Morning Bike Ride
Where/When: At 8 a.m. on Saturday at Marty's Reliable Cycle of Morristown.
Why Go: To start off your Saturday with a pleasant 20-mile ride through Morristown, Harding and Chatham.
Pricing: Free.

Dunk Tank for Kyle O’Brien
Where/When: From 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday and Friday at Modick Park in Hopatcong.
Why Go: For a chance to dunk Hopatcong Band Goodbye Friday, to benefit fourth-grader Kyle O’Brien, who has inoperable tumors. 
Pricing: Organizers didn't list pricing on submitted information, but all proceeds will go to Kyle’s family.

Kip & Mr. Microphone
Where/When: From 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday KaBob's at the Northwood Inn in Lake Hopatcong.
Why Go: To bring the whole family by and belt out some tunes with Kip.
Pricing: Free.

WPTL Summer Reading Club Kickoff
Where/When: From 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday at the Washington Township Free Public Library in Long Valley.
Why Go: The library opens up its Summer Reading Club with a petting zoo and Sprinkles the Clown.
Pricing: Free.

Animals Around the World
Where/When: At 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Madison Public Library.
Why Go: So the kids can learn all about animals—and so can you.
Pricing: Free for members of the Summer Reading Program.

Scurry Up Robotics Scrimmage 
Where/When: From 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday at Lafayette Elementary School in Chatham.
Why Go: For a day of information, training, mayhem and fun by Chatham High’s robotics teams.
Pricing: Free.
