Study Says Coffee Drinking Can Damage Vision

Harvard study links drinking three or more cups a day to development of 'exfoliation glaucoma' in study participants.

It's been said if you do it too much you'll go blind.

At least that's what a New Jersey Newsroom article says about those who overindulge in coffee drinking.

According to the piece, those of us enjoying our coffee a little too often might be at greater risk of damaging our eyesight. The article says a study conducted at Harvard University has determined that people who drink three or more cups of coffee a day have a better chance of developing what is called "exfoliation glaucoma" than those who do not partake.

But there are so many places in which to get delicious coffee in our area! Heck, we even had you choose your favorite in our Readers Choice contest over the summer!

So will this stop you from firing up the Keurig? Will you steer clear of Maria's? Or Dunkin' Donuts?

Or, do they not worry you so much? Let us know below.
