High School Progress Report, Grief Support Wednesday in Long Valley

Wednesday? Already? Yeesh… where does the time go?

Anyhow, let’s take a look at what’s going on and what we’re working on today.

First, we’re working on a story from this week’s West Morris Regional Board of Education meeting regarding the district’s improvement in test scores and rankings over the past few years.

Superintendent Mackey Pendergrast outlined a presentation, with supporting data, to show where the district has come from, and ambitiously explained where he wants it to go.

The Highlands Presbyterian Church will host a grief group meeting Wednesday at 12 Pleasant Grove Road to anyone interested. The group meets at 10 a.m. to support one another.

Also on Wednesday, the Washington Township Public Library is offering movie night at 7 p.m. with free popcorn and snacks. Go here to see which movie will be showing.
