Are you someone who takes initiative or someone that waits to be given instructions? Are you interested in being with a company that has a social agenda that people participate it or do you prefer to go to work and leave at the end of the day? Do you prefer to communicate via phone or email? Are you a confrontational person or someone who doesn’t say something if they are upset? When it comes to getting something from someone are you assertive or passive about it? Do you need to express creativity in your job or are you more analytical? Are you looking for a job or a career? Do you need to be praised for a job well done or are you happy to get a paycheck and call it a day? Is it important for you to make friends at work or you don’t want to get too involved with anyone?
