Long Valley Parade Grand Marshal: Who's Your Pick?

The Washington Township Community Events Organization has yet to name a parade leader, so we're giving you the chance to chime in.

In late September the entire community will come together and celebrate the 275th Anniversary of Washington Township with the annual fireworks festival.

This year, because of the magnitude of the occasion, the Washington Township Community Events Organization is bringing back the parade that will weave its way down East and West Mill Roads prior to the festival behind the long Valley Middle School.

But the WTCEO has yet to name a Grand Marshal for the parade, and Patch wants to know who you think should lead the float-filled fun time.

A business owner? A town employee? Maybe a student-athlete? Let us know in the comments section below, and thanks for participating!
