Washington Township Recreation Department is offering its annual St. Patrick’s Day Luncheon at 11 a.m. The department will be serving corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, mixed vegetables, Uncle Sal’s famous salad and Irish soda bread. Marcel and Lucky will be singing and dancing. The cost of this event is a non-refundable fee of $7 for residents and $8 for non-residents. Head to this Irish pub and restaurant for Irish specialties and live Irish music by Paddy and the Pale Boys. The restaurant will also have bagpipers playing and step dancers stepping all day long.

Arthur’s Tavern will be decked with Irish flags and balloons this Thursday for itsmost celebrated day of the year. Enjoy traditional Irish food specialties and Guinness or Irish Coffee while listening to music by the Kevin McCardle Band. It is suggested that you get there early, as the restaurant is predicted to become standing-room only after 3 p.m. There will also be bagpipers and Irish step dancers between sets.

Visit the Shannon Rose, one of New Jersey’s premier Irish Restaurants at their Clifton or Woodbridge location for drink specials and Irish grub. The restaurant opens at 10 a.m. for “kegs and eggs,” with various bands and DJs taking the stage throughout the day and bagpipers playing all day long.
