Late week surge in votes puts Chester Township restaurant ahead of the pack.
After 100 hours of voting and 129 tallies, readers from Washington Township, the Chesters and Mendhams have decided their favorite place for happy hour is the Old Mill Tavern in Chester Township.
Commonly referred to as the Old Mill, the Rt. 513 , with Valley Pub & Restaurant in Long Valley coming in second with 36 votes.
The Old Mill will now join the ranks of Patch's Readers' Choice winners from this year, which include places for best dance studio, best Italian cuisine, best ethnic food and more.
