Soccer, Sounds and (Hopefully) Sun Fill the Weekend

From music to sports, Long Valley is a busy place.

It’s Friday and there are plenty of things to do this weekend to keep you busy. Start Friday night off at the Brew Pub, where you can transport to Woodstock with 60s and 70s hits played by Woodstock Blonde. At the Washington Township Library, attend the summer reading kickoff celebration or the Wonders of Korea event.  And if you just can’t get enough musical entertainment, live folk/Americana music will be playing at The Studio of Long Valley this Saturday night.

: Stop by the on Friday, June 24 at 10 p.m. to hear Woodstock Blonde perform 60’s and 70’s covers. Head over with friends and enjoy food and drinks while enjoying some classic hits.

You Need to Experience Korea: Attend a Wonders of Korea event at the from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 25.  The Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Program (KSCPP) will be presenting two short documentaries – The Hidden Treasures of Korea and Modern Korea, illustrating the artistic and cultural achievements of Korea’s past and Korea’s industrial achievements since the Korean War. Stick around after the films for a traditional Korean Wedding ceremony reenactment and an authentic Korean meal!  Space is limited. For Grades 5 and up only. You Need A Night of Live Entertainment: Head over to on June 25 from 8 to 11 p.m. Legendary Songwriter Craig Bickhardt and Ronstadt Generations come to the Studio for a night of folk/Americana music, stories and more.
