Take a Drive and Go Spring Shopping in Princeton

Charming Palmer Square offers something for everyone.

If you have yet to begin spring shopping, a day in Palmer Square in Princeton could be both a relaxing and productive escape. Located in downtown Princeton directly across from Princeton University, the Square is a combination of classic and contemporary, with the architecture of its side-by-side boutiques mixed with modern restaurants and brand name stores.

Head to Dandelion for designer jewelry by several well-known designers or Rosana, Zoe, or Urban Grade for trendy clothing and accessories. Also located in the square are brand name stores including Ann Taylor, Ralph Lauren, Kate Spade, J.Crew, Banana Republic, and Talbots.

The Square also has a wide selection of restaurants and cafes that are sure to please your palate. Try Mediterra for upscale Mediterranean food, Winberies for casual American food, and Teresa Caffe for traditional Italian. Save room for dessert, as Palmer Square is known for its gourmet ice cream shops: The Bent Spoon, Halo Fete, and Halo Pub.
