Book Fair, Signings, and Readings on Thursday

Free blood pressure screening at the Long Valley Pharmacy.

We’re in the latter half of March–the month that should go out like a lamb. Since it came in like a cuddly, doe-eyed chinchilla, we’re super excited to see what the final week of the month has to offer. Let’s see what’s going on today.

You Need a Book Fair: The Hackettstown Regional Medical Center Women’s Auxiliary will be holding a book fair at the hospital today, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. All proceeds benefit the hospital. .

You Need a Book Signing: TV and radio personality Cooper Lawrence will be conducting a book reading and signing of her new novel “The Yoga Club” at Centenary College at 7 p.m. The event is free to the public.

You Need Some Story Time: The will host Mother Goose & Me story time for babies up to 2 years old from 10 to 10:45 a.m. and again from 11 to 11:45 a.m. No registration is required. The events take place in the meeting room. Enjoy!

You Need a Free Screening: The Washington Township Health Department will sponsor a free blood pressure screening at the from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. All residents are welcomed to attend. For more information, go here.
