Cops Investigating Bartley Road Burglary
Morris County Sheriff's Office called in for assistance.
On Tuesday, May 3, a Bartley Road resident called police to say that his home had been burglarized, according to Washington Township Police Lt. Mark Niemynski.
The resident reported that certain items were missing from the home, Niemynski said. The unknown suspect(s) had entered the residence while the home was vacant, Niemynski said.
Investigating officers secured the residence and requested the assistance of the Morris County Sheriff’s K-9 Unit as well as the Morris County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigative Section, Niemynski said.
