Paper Shredding, Tax Time Ahead This Week

You Need a Government Meeting: The Washington Township Committee will hold its regular meeting at 7:30 p.m. Monday night at the municipal building. The meeting is open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend.

You Need Some Tax Talk: Monday, April 15 is the deadline to file taxes, as we all know, but over at the Chester Post Office, waiting in line may be a bit different this year. Congressman Leonard Lance will be at the post office speaking with constituents about tax reform at 10 a.m. that day.

You Need to Shred: The annual paper shredding event put on by the Washington Township Green Team is set for 9 a.m. Saturday, April 20 at the Department of Public Works on Rock Road. The service is free and open to all residents.
