Save the Dates: Your Weekly Stories in 1 Spot

We’re all creatures of habit, whether it’s eating meals at a specific time, putting on one shoe before another, or just knowing great things happen on certain days.

It’s the latter we’d like to inform you of. While great things happen everyday at Long Valley Patch, we also want you to know that most days of the week we’ll have a column or story you can count on. We call it programmed content. Our readers call it Awesome.

So, here’s a list of awesomeness you can count on throughout the week.

Monday: Our weekly Diapers and Deadlines (D.A.D.) column will start your workweek and ask that you weigh in on a specific topic about our kids. Long Valley Patch and Mendham-Chester Patch editors Jason Koestenblatt and Russ Crespolini, respectively, .

Also on Monday is our weekly, regional column written by contributor Colleen O’Dea. .

A third column that appears on Long Valley Patch on Mondays is our local Week Ahead column, which highlights five major events coming up over the next seven days. .

Tuesday: A glimpse into the arts from the area is featured on Long Valley Patch in a column titled “On Stage.”

Wednesday: Our weekly “What Should Go Here?” column pops up Wednesday mornings and asks readers to voice their opinion on what kind of business, if any, should occupy a currently vacant Washington Township building or business space. .

Friday: To end your workweek Patch . This column used to be featured on Mondays, so if you’re looking for that regular wacky criminal stuff, take note of the change.

Saturday: Who doesn’t love peering into the homes of others without being questioned by the police for it? That’s exactly what our Saturday column “House Hunt” is for. . This column formerly ran on Fridays. Please note the change.

Sunday: At Patch, just like for much of our readers, Sunday marks the end of each week. As we’ve been doing for quite a while, , recapping the biggest headlines of the week.

Also on Sunday is a new feature we’ll be running, titled “Sold!” .
