You Need to Shop Local: The Long Valley Green Market is back on the scene from 3 to 7 p.m. outside 20 Schooley’s Mountain Road today. After a week of powerlessness, this is probably the best place to clear your mind. Check out the local wares, and enjoy some family-friendly Karaoke.

You Need to Hit The Gym: Gold’s Gym of Hackettstown and Flanders announced Wednesday that it would lower its one-day membership fee from $15 to $10 so area residents could use the gym and shower facilities if they choose. For more information, go here.
