New Jersey voters will have the opportunity to weigh in on more than electing candidates for school boards and governing bodies come Nov. 5.
A special question on the ballot in the Garden State will ask residents if they support a raise in the minimum wage from $7.25 per hour to $8.25. If the majority votes in favor, an amendment to the state's constitution would be made, and will also bring about annual increases based on the Consumer Price Index.
If the majority votes no, the minimum wage will stay at $7.25 per hour.
Do you support a $1 per hour increase in the state's minimum wage? How will you be voting on the special question in the General Election?
