Diabetes
Education Program – “Diabetes A to Z”

Every
Wednesday during August         9:30 – 11
AM

These classes will cover various topics including what you
need to know about diabetes; how to reduce the risk and manage the disease; how to prepare healthier foods and correct portion
sizes; how diabetes can complicate all parts of the body
including the eyes, feet and mouth; how to avoid this from happening; and how
mood can be affected by diabetes and vice versa. A free glucose screening will
be available at the 1st & 4th classes.

Diabetes Association.

All workshops will be held at the Senior Resource Center (located inside the Church of the Messiah) at
50 Rt. 513 (Old Rt. 24) in Chester, NJ .

Family members and the community are welcome! Must be 18 or
older.
