Long Valley Rec Soccer - Fall 2014 Registration

Register for the Long Valley Rec Soccer FALL 2014 Season for Washington Township youth in Kindergarten through 12th grade as of September 2014.  You must fill out and print the online registration form, then bring the printed copy and payment to one of the registration dates below to confirm your placement in fall soccer.  There are no blank forms at registration so please use the online application on the LongValleyRecSoccer.org website, it is fast and easy. 

Registration dates are SAT 4/26/2014 from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, TUE 5/6/2014 from 6:00 PM-8:30 PM, and TUE 5/20/2014 from 6:00 PM-8:30 PM at the Long Valley Middle School.

For additional information and to print the online registration form, go to www.LongValleyRecSoccer.org.  Volunteers are needed as Coaches and Field Liners, see details on LVRSA website.
