Strength and Cardio Classes (Spring Session)

The Spring Session of 'Strength and Cardio' classes is now accepting new students to our Spring session. 'We don't miss a muscle' in these fun, challenging workout classes, which combine upper and lower body routines both with and without weights, cardio routines and ab routines. All classes begin with a warm-up, and end with a long series of relaxing stretches. Routines are all done to upbeat music and the time flies by!

If you are serious about getting in shape and want to have fun doing so, call us today. Space is limited due to our strong following.

Classes are held on Tuesday/Thursday afternoons from 3:30 - 4:45 at the Long Valley Presbyterian Church. Or join us in our evening classes which are held on Mon/Wed evenings from 5;30 - 6:45 at The Community Presbyterian Church on Main Street in Chester.

If you are more comfortable working alone with a trainer, we offer personal training in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
