After a few years of going to El Monte, I think it's about time I rave about it. Great coffee, delicious desserts and amazing empanadas (as good as my Argentinian mother-in-law makes - and that says a lot!). Most of all, Blanca and her husband are always friendly, upbeat and happy. Stopping in for a cup of coffee always brightens my and my husband's day. Oh, and I love the fact that if you order iced coffee, Blanca uses ice cubes made out of coffee. What a great idea. Thanks, Jorge and Blanca! Wendy and Dean
