Lock them up for marijuana? Come on let's be serious. That's not even worth the time or money to keep them in jail.

Hopefully he will at least have his license suspended for several years, really don't need teenagers stoned and driving(probably texting at the same time as well)

Get this loser off the streets already. Three stops in three months, improper passing, an accident, etc. What else does this delinquent have to do to be punished properly? Kill someone?

Yeah, with that type of substance abuse problem, he might grow up to be a Washington Twp councilman.

While there is some big time knuckleheaded behavior here, I find your post offensive, Tracy. He has not been the cause of an accident -- the one involved was not his fault. And, this may stun you so get ready to google, pot alone does NOT erode driving skills, and in the states where it is legal now there are serious scientific based efforts to remove the DUI laws pertaining to it. Pot makes you drive slow and paranoid. You shouldn't be under anything, of course, but you are barking up the wrong tree on that one.

Well, it's confusing. You were styling yourself "Traci!" during the Menudo boy band craze, right?
Tracy Tobin June 15, 2012 at 07:25 PM
HistorianWT No, I was styling myself as the "Velvet Fog" during the Mel Torme craze. Tracy Tobin
