Bejarano-Padilla was found to have an active warrant in the amount of $500 issued by Roxbury Municipal Court. Both men were unable to post their bail and were transported back to police headquarters.

Ryan was issued a motor vehicle summons for driving with a suspended license and was later released. Bejarano-Padilla was issued a complaint summons for providing false information to a police officer and was later released.

Further investigation revealed that this was not the vehicle or persons originally suspected when the West Springtown Rd. resident made the report. The resident also later found her purse within the home.
