Cops: Teens Were Drinking at House Party

The following arrest information was supplied by the Washington Township Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Several teens were drinking at a party broken up by police June 4, Washington Township Police Lt. Mark Niemynski said.

Just after 9 p.m., Officer Peter Cecere responded to a Nottingham Square residence after a concerned resident reported they heard a party and saw teens running down the road, Niemynski said.

The teenage female host of the party was charged with hosting an underage drinking party. Another eight minors were charged with possession of consumption of alcohol. All nine of the juveniles ranged in age from 16 to 17 years old, Niemynski said.
