An oft-arrested Hackettstown man found himself in trouble yet again, this time in Washington Township after being accused of shoplifting from the Target on Rt. 46.
Erik Mitchell, 22, was charged with third degree shoplifting for stealing about $700 worth of merchandise from the retail store in March, Lt. Mark Niemynski said.
The alleged shoplifter was identified with the assistance of Rockaway Township Police who had previously arrested Mitchell for a similar incident, Niemynski said.
