Man Took Cell Phone Photo Up Woman's Skirt, Cops Say

Victim was unaware of the incident when a Walmart employee called police.

A Hackettstown man was arrested after police say he took a cell phone photo up a woman’s skirt without her knowledge in Walmart.

Members of the Walmart Loss Prevention Center in Mt. Olive called police Saturday evening and said they saw a man take the photo, Officer Michael Russell said.

As police were en route to the store, the employees saw the man get into a GMC truck and leave the parking lot. A Mt. Olive police officer observed a vehicle on Route 46 matching the description given by the employee and conducted a motor vehicle stop, Russell said.
