Event celebrated leaders of the Morris County Hispanic American Community.

The Morris County Prosecutor's Office in conjunction with the Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs and the National Coalition of Latino Officers held its 2012 Hispanic Heritage Month celebration on Sept. 26 in Morristown.

The event honored Wilson Vasquez of Sabor Latino Restaurant in Dover, Amanda Robles of Jersey Battered Women’s Services, Officer Antonio Hernandez of the National Coalition of Latino Officers, Sgt. Jeffrey Gomez of the Randolph Township Police Department, Juan Casiano of El Primer Paso, Dr. Joselyn Gonzalez of Atlantic Health System, and the keynote speaker, Christina Martinez of The Morris County Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce.
