Police: Two Arrests Made on Criminal Warrants

The following information was provided by the Hackettstown Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Hackettstown Police Department arrested two men on municipal court warrants on Tuesday, according to press release on Wednesday morning from the police.

Justin Smith, 25, of Newton, NJ, was arrested on a $1,073 Hackettstown municipal court criminal warrant. Smith posted bail and was released, the police said.

Daniel Ardito, 19, of Independence Township, NJ, was arrested on a $10,000 Mansfield Township municipal court criminal warrant and did not post bail, the police said. Ardito was then turned over to the Mansfield Township Police, according to the release.
