Grand Ave. Closed Part of Fri & Sat.

Spring Festival will impact Grand Avenue and surrounding streets both days.

Heading into Hackettstown this weekend? You'll want to be mindful of traffic. Police are warning there will be delays on Grand Avenue Friday from 5 to 10 p.m., and Saturday from noon to 6 p.m., because of the Warren County Chamber of Commerce’s Spring Festival.

Festival attendees should park at the Hatchery Hill School Parking Lot or the Hatchery Field off of Fifth Avenue, police said. Once parking is filled, Fifth Avenue will be closed at Grand Avenue. Reese Ave will be closed during the festival.

There will be no parking on:

  • South side of Fifth Avenue from Grand Avenue to Hatchery Hill School.
  • Both sides of Reese Avenue from First Avenue to Fifth Avenue.
  • North side of Fourth Avenue from Grand Avenue to the cul-de-sac.
  • South side of Robins Court from Grand Avenue to the cul-de-sac.
  • Both sides of Grand Avenue.

Police warn that any vehicles parked in the no-parking zones or on private property (without permission) will be subject to being ticketed and towed.
