What Should Township's 2012 Goals Be?

Everyone has opinions. Patch is the place to share them.

On Jan. 7, the Washington Township Committee held . At that meeting, Mayor Ken Short, who was chosen by his fellow committeeman to serve in his third consecutive one-year mayoral term, spoke about his goals in the new year.

Among the points of focus Short mentioned were working with JCP&L, the area's energy provider, to solve frequent outage problems. Short also said he'd like the committee to work in helping aid the first responder organizations in the township.
