2-Hour Delayed Opening For All Local Schools Tuesday
First time classes have been in session since Feb. 12.
One more punch of winter weather has forced the Washington Township and West Morris Regional school districts to have a two-hour delayed opening on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
Both districts announced their decisions just before 5 a.m. Tuesday morning after all schools were closed Monday in observance of Presidents' Day.
There have been no classes since Wednesday, Feb. 12. A nor'easter pummeled the region Wednesday night into Thursday morning, closing schools through the already-extended weekend.
