Compoli, Koop Retain Posts as Twp. School Board Leaders
Reorganization meeting of school board held Tuesday night.
The Washington Township School District Board of Education in 2014 will look quite similar to the one 2013 offered after Tuesday night's reorganization meeting.
The nine-member board selected Cathleen Compoli and Kathleen Koop to serve as president and vice president, respectively, in 2014. Both held those same positions in 2013.
Each was voted by their colleagues unanimously and all members were present.
Compoli, Koop, and the longest-tenured board member, Kevin Daly, were all re-elected in 2013 to three-year terms. None were challenged in the November election.
