Transforming Your Home and Outdoor Spaces Presentation

Through a series of case studies, using before and after images, Tim Maldonado, award winning architect, will trace his design solutions for transforming existing houses into exciting environments.

Projects include both contemporary and traditional houses, as well as existing and new construction. Different types of living spaces, studios, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, swimming pools, pool houses and decks will be highlighted.  Lighting, landscaping and the use of alternate architectural materials will also be discussed.

Architectural scale models will be on display.
