Central Wins Field Hockey Sectional Crown

Wolfpack takes out Wayne Hills for second title in three years.

Two out of three ain't bad, as the sports saying goes. 

For the West Morris Central Field Hockey team, it's pretty darn good.

On Wednesday, Nov. 14, the Wolfpack hit the road and beat Wayne Hills for the Group I, Section III championship, according to a report on northjerseysports.com.

The change of competition clearly didn't matter for the team, as the result stayed the same.

After beating Morristown on Monday in the semifinals–the team's first day back to school after Hurricane Sandy–it topped Wayne Hills by a score of 3-1, the report said.
