Shayna Ericksen recorded a double-double to help lead the West Morris girls basketball team past Par Hills, 44-24, on Friday night in Parsippany.
Ericksen, who netted 17 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to go along with three blocks, helped West Morris work to a 31-4 lead in the first half on the way to the blowout win in the season opener.
Par Hills Boys Stop West Morris
Michael DiEdwardo netted 12 points and grabbed 14 rebounds as the Par Hills boys basketball team stopped West Morris, 47-44, on Friday in Chester, according to NJ.com.
Manny Dance added 10 points and six rebounds for Parsippany Hills (1-0).
