Girls Soccer Seeks County Title Saturday Night

Wolfpack makes first tournament final appearance since 2010.

It’ll be a battle for the ages, there’s no question about it.

Saturday night at Roxbury High School the number-one seed Randolph Rams will take on the number-two seed West Morris Central Wolfpack in the Morris County Tournament girls soccer final.

The game will begin at 7:30 p.m. or directly following the boys final, according to dailyrecord.com.

This will be the Wolfpack’s first title game since 2010, when the team lost a heartbreaker, 1-0 to Villa Walsh, the report said. Central is currently 14-2-2 on the season.

Randolph is currently 13-2-1 and making its 17th MCT finals appearance after beating Roxbury in the semifinals, the report said. A win would give Randolph its 11th county championship.
