Wolfpack Girls' Lax Shred Scotch Plains in Playoffs

Central puts up 19 goals in opening round win.

The West Morris Central Wolfpack Girls' Lacrosse team took out Scotch Plains in the opening round of the NJSIAA State Playoffs on Monday by a score of 19 - 1.

The game, originally scheduled to be played at Central, was moved to Scotch Plains because of field conditions at the high school. The change didn't matter to the team, though, as five players notched multiple goals, led by Emily Delaney with four goals and two assists.

Other players of note include Maggie Moroney, who had 2 goals and 3 assists; Michaela Domaratzky, who had 2 goals, and 1 assist; and Liz McCarty who had 2 goals.
