THEY SAID IT

“I felt pretty confident coming into today’s game. I believed in us—still do. It sucks to lose. It’s been a ride. This has been too short. This has been the best season for ‘my’ seniors. Nothing can ever top this season.” – Jenny Skinner

“We were up for the game. Colonia hit the ball. We put the ball in play but they made the plays. Second baseman probably had 6 or 7 put outs. It’s been an awesome season though. We have the most wins we’ve ever had here. The girls battled all year. We won a couple of games early in the season where we came back in the last inning. We had some big wins. It was fun, they are great kids.” – Coach Courtney Bertos.
