Kids Seek Kindness From Residents to Help Others

Community group made up of youngsters set to hold garage sale, use proceeds to spread good will.

You know you have them.

They are lurking behind closet doors, in the garage and under piles in the basement. You have them in boxes or bags and they haven’t seen the light of day in a very long time. They are all of those items that once served a purpose and now just add to the list of items you need to clear from your home.

The Morris County 4H Kids4Kindness Club has your answer in the form of a community garage sale, being held on June 22 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 37 Nestlingwood Drive in Long Valley.

The club, which exists to spread kindness throughout the community, is seeking donations of items that can be sold to raise money, which will then be used to fund future efforts to spread good will.

It is a double bonus because you can aide in the spreading of kindness while you clear out the clutter in your home. What can be better than that?
