Long Valley Pub and Brewery, or as the locals quite simply call it, the "Brew Pub," is a landmark in Morris County. The building was originally a stone barn that was built in 1771, and it was restored and renovated as a brewery and restaurant in 1995. The people responsible for the restoration made it a point to preserve the old look and feel of the building, as the original beams are still visible.  There are two dining floors; the first offers 18 spacious tables, a full bar, a floor-to-ceiling window that exposes the three coppper brewing tanks, a stone fireplace and plenty of big screen TVs. The second story offers 25 tables, a full bar with TVs, and a balcony that overlooks the lower story in all of its dining and brewing glory.   The second story can be reserved for private parties. There is also an outdoor patio with a beautiful brick paved floor that offers 20 more tables, and yet another full bar. It is certainly an experience no matter which area of the restaurant you choose to dine at. There is also live music on the weekends.
