It surely took long enough to get to this verdict. And why bother with all the chickenpoo minorRead More charges like "possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, unlawful possession of a weapon"? If he's going down for murder, those don't matter much.

Alex C...just one question. Would you fell that same way if one of your loved ones was injured orRead More died because of a drunk driver AND it could of been prevented by a checkpoint?

One of the things that is inaccurate is the time I posted. It was around 8:45, not 9:45.
Tracy Tobin July 23, 2014 at 02:40 pm
Following up on my earlier post. 1) It is incorrect that Police Officers cannot administer oxygen atRead More an emergency scene. All officers are trained, can and do administer oxygen, if appropriate, if they are first to arrive at the scene. 2) The first recorded 911 call re the fire was logged at 8:38 p.m. 3) First on the scene was a senior Police Patrol Officer logged in at 8:41 p.m. He reported the house as "fully engaged fire, with smoke/flames coming through roof and windows. Residents out of the home". 4) First Fire Chief vehicle logged on the scene at 8:41 p.m. 5) Township Emergency Management Coordinator reports two fire hydrants at scene functional and in use. 6) WTMUA Manager has no reports of hydrant problems at the scene, but will check further. Due to multiple fire companies responding to the fire, first company on scene and time of arrival of first truck is being confirmed before release of that information. More information will be provided as it becomes available.

then stop putting your stories out there, you stated you were responsible for a persons death, youRead More stated you were drunk and it was six more years before you stopped drinking and you are telling people to love their neighbors, despite everything and critiquing those who have different opinions then you. I don't care what you think about how I feel, I just think you need a reality check that not everyone wants to hear YOUR story, not everyone who does not feel for you is wrong, and yes people who don't lead the life style you have, people who make safer more respectful choices in their actions no matter what their age (lots of teens would never put themselves in those positions) those people have rights and those rights need to be respected

Why would anyone judge this family? This is their problem to face. And hopefully they will. ThisRead More boy has made a huge mistake. Thank god no one was hurt. And why on earth are you adults bickering back and forth.

Not surprising at all. Honda dealers have seemingly used their cars' great reputations to bilkRead More their customers on Repair and Warranty Service work for decades. Suggestion to class action customers and your attorneys: Expand your review to the service side of these biznesses.
Not Again! July 19, 2014 at 11:09 am
The service department is deceptive as well. I had a coupon for an $89.95 AC Service (regularlyRead More $100) The coupon reads and I quote "Our Honda-trained technicians will inspect and test your AC system for leaks, and add refrigerant if necessary". I presented the coupon and they (she) told me that freon is not included and it would cost $159.95 if they added any. The coupon may still be on the website.

I purchased a certified used suburban from Chevy 46 in Hackettstown, 30 days later it was towed in,Read More I had to buy a extended warranty because my one previous owner vehicle keeps breaking down, I have put several thousand into a vehicle that the dealership doesn't even want to buy back on a trade in.I wonder if they are the same owners or related to Honda 46. I have definitely been deceived on thus vehicles past maintenance and ownership.

Or those kids will pick the lettuce and grapes for minimal expense, so that you can buy cheapRead More produce. Because god knows Americans won't. They'll also likely bankroll the government programs that keep old people chugging along, in the form of sales taxes. Those are FAR more likely outcomes than them joining the same gangs they left their countries to get away from. But never let logic get in the way of a good rant, because 'Murka#1.
John July 19, 2014 at 04:10 pm
Mel that's an absolutely crock of shit. Barry told them come on and they came. You gotta stop takingRead More the Libbey High road every time you see some one crossing our boarder illegally. We are a sovereign nation of laws and rules and our boarders deserve to be respected and should be protected.

I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't realize this is a scam. Uncle Same will threaten you alright,Read More but they'll do it by jamming up your mailbox with notifications that you owe them that 9 cent's and with interest and penalties you can be sure it will be more like $10.00 in the end if you don't pay it.

As a general premise, a vehicle that makes a left turn is nearly always found responsible forRead More causing an auto accident with a vehicle approaching from the other direction. The summons issued to the driver was for ‘Failure to yield’ not Careless driving. This can be confirmed by Officer Robinson of the Chester Borough P.D. Yes, the bushes are high and do obstruct visibility.
Jon Chimpo July 19, 2014 at 11:09 am
Perhaps you all should stop blaming everyone else for your problems. Trim the bushes? If you can'tRead More see and you think it's unsafe, don't make a left turn. Dummies....
Jon Chimpo July 21, 2014 at 11:38 am
If it's a hazard or "unsafe" to make a left out of the driveway, then why do it? BTW,Read More their are (2) exits in which you can make a left hand tun out of that shopping plaza.....just saying.

What does that mean? Convicted of trying to molest his 6 year old daughter? He's been convicted, soRead More it was more than trying. He's probably in Newark somewhere just fitting into the masses of people living there.

The shooter was an ex-con. He HATED police. For some reason, he has had enough. Maybe he was drunkRead More or stoned & didn't want to go back to jail. So he grabs a security guards gun & waits for the police to arrive & opens up on them. After killing the first cop the next two cops to arrive on the scene open up on him & kill him. Police cars need bullet proof glass & steel plates put in the doors. The results from his blood test should be coming out any day now.

If you look at the people who frequent Walmart, you get a clear, pathetic, pitiful, picture of theRead More core of the problem. Severely undereducated, easily brainwash-able, very apparent lack of self value. Perfect target voter for the republiscams. Without these types, the right wingers might eke out 10 pr 20% of the vote every election. Its no wonder why the red states are the poorest educated in the country.
B July 14, 2014 at 08:32 am
@MaryLynn if Walmart is such a great company, why can't THEY help their employees? I understand ifRead More there is a divorce or death etc.....but for Christmas?? Give your employees a bonus free turkey! While the Walmart CEO is being brought his dinner prepared by his staffed cook. He should maybe think of the little people who got him to where he is.

A subject in Jersey City stabbed a security guard and took the guard's handgun. When a two manRead More police car responded the subject shot and killed the officer on the passenger side and was then shot and killed by the police. The subject had claimed earlier that he would be famous. Of course the media has published his name and given him his 2 seconds of fame. So the copycats will keep on copying.

If the woman owns a gun legally she should know the laws period. Laws are the laws if we like themRead More or not. I hope they cut her a break for being honest but it is her responsibility to know the laws. Ignorance of Law is no defense in the United States.
William July 21, 2014 at 08:24 pm
Thank You jersey girl. When a person legally Buys a Gun a Responsibility and Accountability comesRead More along with it. Just as with a Drivers Lic. Even tho one is a Right and one is a Privilege. Ignorance is not Bliss. Plain and simple she broke New Jersey Law, No matter the excuse The court will decide not The Public Court of Opinions, Just because in Penn. one can walk in Buy a Gun and the law says you have a right to Carry, does not give you the same rights in any other states. And THUDNJ You really think The Federal GOV. would do a better job . IRS-VA- CIA -FBI Yea Right. And to repeat my Self To Obtain a New Jersey Firearm Purchasing Permit, Be it Pistol or Shotgun. It goes threw back Ground checks From Local Police , State Police and Federal ( FBI ) checks, So in essence She or any one from out of State should have more rights the a New Jersey Citizen. And THUDNJ it is The Federal Gov, Us Senators and Congress that are coming up with these screwy laws, So every time some one is found with a Loaded gun in their car from out of State or MEXICO where they bought it Legally Most with no Background Checks or Even a Drivers LIC. Where A Drivers LIC. will be given to the Illegals if obamanation has his way they just have to say I did not know it was Illegal I am Sorry, This whole story can go on and on with Opinions when IT IS THE LAW of New Jersey she Broke,
