Student Performers Delight Flocktown Crowd
Nearly three dozen students put on show of varying talents and arts.
Amid children’s beaming faces, parents’ teary eyes and laughter, and Principal Michael Craver’s congratulating words, the second annual Long Valley Performing Group’s (LVPG) Talent Showcase for Flocktown came to a reluctant end on Friday, February 22, 2013. Thirty-three students in grades three through five performed 28 acts to an adoring crowd of more than 150 people packed in the multi-purpose room of Flocktown-Kossmann School. From modern dance, ballet, popular vocal, band assembles, to pieces performed on the violin and piano, the performances truly showcased the tremendous talents of Flocktown students.
