Pizza Party Lands Major Dough For Lightner

Donations for slices results in $1,815.

Continuing the ongoing community effort to help a neighbor in need, held a pizza party recently, with proceeds benefitting Glenn Lightner, a 13-year-old battling brain cancer.

The event was held Saturday, May 12, and customers could receive a free slice of pizza if they donated money to the effort. 

The result? A grand total of $1,815, all of which goes to the Lightner family, currently receiving alternative medicinal treatment in Belgium.

Long Valley resident Leanne Ajbuzyc deejayed the event and provided entertainment during the four-hour "party."
