The Sunoco gas station on East Mill Road in Long Valley is only serving fuel these days, as its adjoining convenience store has gone vacant.
While the sign on the front door says "closed for renovations," in actuality the lease for the former business owner was never renewed, according to one of the station's attendants.
No new business or business owner has been named.
