Eat Pancakes and Bare Foods This Weekend

The weekend is finally here, and there’s plenty to look forward to, besides some extra sleep and relaxation. Let’s take a look.

You Need Some Pancakes: The will hold its pancake breakfast at the firehouse from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. All you can eat pancakes, sausage, eggs and pastries will be available. Cost is $7.50 for adults, $4.50 for children 5 and over. Proceeds benefit the all-volunteer fire department. For more information, go here.

You Need to Know About a Grand Opening: Bare Foods Catering and Meals to Go, located at 16 Schooley’s Mountain Road, will hold a grand opening Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. Swing by and check out the local food company. .

You Need to Try a Wine Tasting: The at will take place Saturday at 6:30 p.m. Cost is $40 per person. There will be 30 wines available from a dozen countries in addition to cheeses and finger foods. .

You Need Some Live Music: The Rio Clemente Trio will perform its Love Returns show at Centenary College on Sunday at 4 p.m. Tickets are $15 and $20.

You Need to Save the Planet: The Washington Township Recycling Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at 50 Rock Road. Please keep bundles under 25 lbs. for safety of the personnel.
