VIDEO: No Injuries as Car Bursts Into Flames

A single-car fire shut down Schooley's Mountain Road Monday.

A four-door vehicle caught fire Monday afternoon on the southbound side of Schooley's Mountain Road, but no one was injured in the blaze, according to Schooley's Mountain firefighters.

 

personnel responded to the scene just after 5 p.m. and extinguished the blaze, shutting down a portion of the county roadway while crews secured the vehicle and the area.

There were no other vehicles involved, according to Schooley's Mountain Firefighter Andrew Lloyd.
