Wanted Man Arrested on 4 Warrants, Police Say

Washington Township resident picked up in Hackettstown with larceny charge, police report.

A wanted Washington Township (Morris County) man was arrested in Hackettstown Sunday for having four outstanding warrants in his name, Sgt. Darren Tynan said.

Shaun Reid, 30, was pulled over in Hackettstown Sunday, Tynan said. During an investigation, it was learned Reid was wanted for a $255 Newark municipal court criminal warrant; a $150 Jersey City municipal court criminal warrant; and a $108 Jersey City municipal court criminal warrant.

Reid was originally sought by the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department for a charge of larceny, Tynan said.

Reid was lodged in Warren County Correctional Facility before being turned over to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department.
